Powder spray

It is a process based on high velocity carbide material spraying of a mixture of oxygen-fuel flames. This process ensures higher oxidation level of particles than HVAF process and a little more (about 1 percent) sponginess of coating. Such coatings are widely used in places where higher protection against abrasion shall be ensured.
