Powder melting

Powder melting is a process based on spraying of powder on a red-hot metal and melting it by the same flame. Another melting method could be also applied – spraying of powder composition on cold restored component and subsequent melting by gas flame, dielectric heat, and thermal vacuum or by inert-gas shielded welding. This method could be applied for restoration of a greater number of similar components or for protective coatings.
