Hvaf

Carbide powdered material is sprayed on component surface, applying high velocity thermal spraying processes based on a mixture of air-fuel flames (HVAF – “ High Velocity Air Fuel “ ) with hydrogen. Due to low oxidation level and high velocity of particles (850 – 900 m/s, velocity of gas steam exceeds the acoustic speed for three times), application of HVAF process ensures formation of whole hard metal coating.

The company uses “QUASAR”, “TSR – 3000” and HVAF thermal spray system installed, ensuring formation of hard metal coatings suitable for refining and oil production industry and coatings that substitute solid chromium.
