Capabilities
UAB Dangu Inžinerijos centras is implementing a project co-financed by the EU to expand its research base in the field of laser technologies.
- Yterbium fiber laser with outside and inide cladding heads;
- Inside cladding depth – 500 mm and diameter up to 450 mm;
- Outside cladding capabilities – diameter 600 mm and length up to 2000 mm;
- Capability to cladd heavy parts using 6-axis robot.
Laser cladding
Thermal spraying
- HVAF equipment;
- Thickness of carbide coating – up to 0.4 mm;
- Component geometry:
– surfaces of axis symmetric bodies – unlimited dimensions;
– flat surfaces – length is up to 2000 mm, width is up to 320 mm; - HVOF powder spraying equipment;
- Thickness of carbide coating of external surfaces is up to 0.6 mm;
- Thickness of carbide coating of internal surfaces is up to 0.3 mm;

Turning – cladding lathe with frequency drive suitable for turning and cladding of big components using Laser cladding and PTA processes. Maximum working diameter – 2550 mm, maximum working lenght – 10000 mm – 1 unit;
